Cascina Sant'Evasio takes its name from the chapel built in the XVIII century for the Bishop of Casale, Sant'Evasio. The territories of the “cascina” extended for hectares and hectares on Saint Nicolao's hill. During the second world war, the chapel was destroyed, but its lands, vineyards, and the wine culture that accompanied it remains.
