Morphos White Pet-Nat is a blend of hybrids Cayuga White and Seyval Blanc, both very popular in the cooler parts of the northeast, that is vinified into a naturally sparkling wine through méthode ancestrale using no "acidulation, deacidification, chaptalization, amelioration, tannins, enzymes, or yeast nutrients." We've had plenty of these wines from Europe, but Maine? Never. This is a very exciting addition.
