Keepsake Underwood IPA

Our annual Christmas beer, Underwood IPA is brewed with Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. This American India Pale Ale pays homage to the iconic California IPAs of the mid-aughts while expressing our own Keepsake character. Bright pine, resin, and grapefruit lead the way, supported by hints of orange peel, soft florality, and a clean, snappy bitterness.
