Proa Cava Brut

This Cava is a traditional blend of 40% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo, 30% Parellada. Light straw in color with hints of gold, you are greeted by sweet aromas of pineapple and apple. the body will carry a nice, fresh acid that carries into a lingering finish.

Pupitre Cava Rose' Brut Tradicional

It's 100% Trepat, the local grape most favored for making rosé Cavas. The fact that it is hand-picked, carefully sorted, wild yeast fermented and aged longer is what separates this from almost any other Cava Rosé. The name “pupitre,” by the way, refers to the riddling racks in which it’s aged.

2023 Pedra Cancela Seleção do Enólogo White

Encruzado, Cercial and Malvasia Fina embody an aromatic wine, with hints of pineapple and wild flowers, a touch of ripe orange. Good volume in the mouth, all smooth and balanced.

2024 Domaine Vetriccie Ile de Beauté Blanc

Located in the town of Aghione, on the Costa Serena, the Vetriccie estate bought by the Barcelo family in 1966 expresses all the attributes of a premium Corsican wine. It spreads over 120 hectares in the heart of the appellation AOP Vin de Corse. The well-orientated soils are located between sea and mountain. The harmonious blend of continental and native varietals on this recognized terroir give elegant and flavoured wines with strong potential.

2023 Vetriccie Rouge Ile de Beaute

The red wine from Domaine Vetriccie is a tank fermented blend of 40% Niellucciu (aka Sangiovese), 30% Sciaccerellu, 20% Merlot and 10% Syrah. It “behaves” very much like a good Cotes du Rhone with a solid core of ripe berry fruit complimented by spicy, peppery and herbal notes. With soft tannin and refreshing acidity, this is a great one for warmer weather drinking.

2022 Bodegas Olivares Altos de la Hoyas Monastrell

Deep ruby. Ripe, powerful scents of red and dark fruits (blackberry, candied cassis and plum), minerals, and spices. Finishes fresh and long, with a repeating dark fruit note and a hint of mint. Fruit is sourced from an 60-hectare vineyard of ungrafted vines, many of which were planted in 1872. The vineyard is referred to as Finca Hoya de Santa Ana and this bottling comes from the best parcel and the highest point so they call it Altos de la Hoya...meaning the "highest from La Hoya".
