Fio Nat Cool Riesling

Riesling made up of both the 2020 and 2021 vintages, that underwent a long, slow fermentation in barrel. The resulting wine is energetic and zippy in the glass, with hints of quinine sitting alongside some grapefruit and lemon pith.
