Eric Bordelet - Perlant - Sparkling Pear Juice (Non-Alcoholic Cider)

Eric Bordelet's Perlant is a non-alcoholic cider made 100% from heirloom perry pears. Jus de Poires à Poiré is made with hand-harvested Perry Pears, biodynamically grown on 300+ year old pear trees from Bordelet's estate orchards in Normandy, France. These old perry pear trees have deep root that reach deep into the soils, imparting a soft minerality to this perry. 
Eric Bordelet crafts this sparkling juice with the same pears used in his Perry blends. Intense fruit aromatics, balanced by a tart acidity and a fine sparkling texture.
