Authentic, extra thick, white asparagus D.O. Navarre is emblematic of the fertile land of the Ebro River Valley. The autonomous regions of Navarre, Aragon, and La Rioja are situated amongst softly scattered hills and small mountain ranges, and only asparagus produced in this area receives the Esparrago de Navarra designation of origin.
