Succulent, savory, and smoky, this cuve layers juicy red cherry and bright wild raspberry notes with lush crushed green herbs, roasted red bell pepper, and a generous dash of cracked black peppercorns on the finish. Absolutely luscious to drink now, but will easily age for another 5 years. Certified organic, low-intervention/natural wine.
