The Brut Rose Cava from Perelada is known to have been a favorite of Spanish artist Salvador Dal who was a frequent guest of the castle. Made from a blend that includes a proportion of Pinot Noir and aged in bottle for 9 months its profile exudes ripe cherry wild strawberry and a hint of cream. Superb.
