Cantina Orgosa “Rosato di Orgosa” Vino Rosato

Rich gold color. Faint sherry notes. Really satisfying orchard apple character. Strong mineral note on the long, intensely appealing finish. Made from Granatza, a grape grown in tiny amounts only in the vicinity of Nuoro, and unrelated to all the similar-sounding varieties. This wine is a real discovery for us, well-worth some road miles and digging.
