Cantina Orgosa “Nero di Orgosa” Vino Rosso

The addition of (20%) Carignano and Sangue di Cristo brings the darkness to Orgosa’s “other” red. Amid the full throated dark savory ebullience resides a tranquility, a lithe, dare I say silky mouthfeel. The wine smells turned up, but feels graceful. What a hit this would be with garlic and rosemary grilled lamb chops, of (if you share my preferences) lamb neck stew.
