Much lighter than most other red vermouths, Bordiga Rosso works beautifully as a sipper or when you don't want to overpower a lighter spirit in a cocktail. Aromatized with botanicals from the Occitan Alps near the winery, there are lovely soft notes of cinnamon, baking spices, and cola sweetness.
