This dynamic estate was established in 1847 but it is the arrival of brothers Raphael and Vincent that has transformed the house. There are 11ha of old vines around Ludes in the Montagne de Reims. Organic principles are used in the vineyard with extended ageing in oak and on cork adding to the depth of the wines. Sophisticated and complex, with a creamy texture and toasty notes, peach and apple fruit, purity of flavour and crisp acidity to balance. Disgorged in November 2024, with a dosage of 5.2g/L.
