The wine opens with citrus‑driven aromatics of lemon zest and Seville orange, layered with white peach, lemon verbena, and wet‑stone minerality, creating a bright and expressive nose. On the palate, it shows Pink Lady apple, ginger, and lemon tart, supported by vibrant acidity and a delicate fleur de sel salinity, while the partial neutral‑oak fermentation adds gentle weight and a long, mineral finish.
