2025 Carinus, Chenin Blanc

Naturally fermented and matured in old 300l French oak barrels. Citrus flower honey, green apple and quince with a a hint of potpourri. Some flintiness in the form of wet stone. An elegantly weighted palate with a fresh acidity and a lightly saline finish.
