2025 Cara Sur "Pérgolas" Criollas Blancas

A blend of white "Criolla" varietals, grown in part on the winery's neighbors' backyard pergolas. We get soft flowers in a juicy wine with lots of ripe white fruit, firm texture, and vibrant acidity. This is from a selection of plots in the Paraje Hilario area, in the center of the Calingasta Valley, as well as the San Juan Valley.
