2023 Paros Farming Community, Seiradi White

The Cuvée Topos White is built from old-vine Monemvasia grown in semi-mountainous vineyards reaching up to 450 meters, where the soil is a striking mix of silex, quartz, basalt, and limestone. Vines here are often trained low to the ground using the traditional aplotaria system to shield them from the island's persistent winds. Winemaking follows a gentle, largely traditional path, with fermentation carried out in stainless steel to preserve the grape's natural freshness and mineral character.

The wine shows a pale yellow color with golden highlights, developing concentrated citrus and mandarin fruit alongside a fresh, slightly pithy quality and a hint of mint. The palate is juicy, fine, and linear, with real purity and a long, saline finish characteristic of the island's coastal terroir.
