2023 Marcel Servin Chablis

This Domaine Chablis is primarily sourced from the “Les Pargues” vineyard, located behind the Premier Crus Vaillons and Montmains. It is a favorite for its wonderful balance, crisp acidity, and distinctive streak of minerality. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it features bright floral, green apple, and tropical fruit notes, complemented by balanced acidity and minerality. The wine also has saline undertones and some ripe fruit on the palate, leading to a dry finish.
