This is a seriously stylish and muscular Butteaux. It packs in a lot of fruit, spice and creamy richness. Marc Cameron said it is always the most powerful of the Premier Crus because it has more soil. This sees 450 L barrels before going into stainless steel. The finish is layered with apple slices, lemon zest and hay.
