This distinctive cuvée blends parcels from multiple compelling sites: one above Gamay hamlet, another between Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet, featuring vines aged 40-60 years on clay-limestone with southwest and southeast exposures. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with 1-2 day cold soak precedes 15-18 months aging in barrel with minimal new oak—Prudhon's signature restraint.
