2023 Domaine Dominique et Janine Crochet Sancerre

A really lovely Pinot Noir from this 5th generation estate. The nose offers delicate and savory red fruits. The palate presents with a core of spiced cherries and an earthy backbone with a long, elegant finish. Nice acidic tension on this wine. Pair with sauteed mushrooms and call it a day. Organic farming.
