2022 Tissot Singulier Trousseau

Singulier is made exclusively from the Trousseau variety grown in five different parcels. These are some of the oldest estate vines dating back to the year 1930. The fruit is all destemmed to show the purity and freshness of the fruit. The wine ages in barrels for one month before its release. Think of a red fruited, juicy Pinot Noir with a slight orange peel influence you might get from Nebbiolo; that would be Trousseau.
