2024 Oltretorrente Colli Tortonese Bianco

Viticulture: Organic Soil type: Calcareous-Clay & Calcareous Limestone Elevation: 300m southern and northern exposure Grapes: Equal parts Cortese and Favorita, lower quantities of Timorasso, Moscato and other white Piedmont varieties ( average age of vines 50 years old ) Method of fermentation: No de-stemming, whole grape put in the pneumatic press, fermentation in temperature controlled tanks. Aged in stainless steel for around 6 months.
