2022 Olivier Morin Bourgogne Chitry Aligote

This wine is made of 100% Aligoté. The soils are kimmeridgian limestone, exactly like the terroir in Chablis. The grapes are direct pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on the lees for one year. Deliciously fruity and textured with notes of ruby grapefruit, nectarine, green apple, and hints of saline minerality.
