2023 Cloisonne Carneros Pinot Noir

Fermented cool in small jacketed tanks • 

Aged in 100% French oak • Minimal use of sulfur

Deep garnet in color.  Cherry, earth, spice and floral aromas jump out of the glass. Dark cherry, cola, and spice flavors are vibrant and engaging. Held in French oak for 12 months.  Very balanced with a long and lingering finish.
