"Rooi refers not to the tea, but to the blend of equal parts Syrah and Cinsault with 20% each of Grenache and Tinta Barocca. Spicy, taut and herbal, with lots of sappy whole bunch characters, pepper and red cherry fruit, very little wood and a lot of zip and energy.
