The Dead Fred Vineyard Cabernet always has signature notes of black fruit and graphite. It is very full, yet still light and minerally, yielding the impression of weight without heaviness. Due to drought conditions, the 2021 vintage is even more concentrated and structured than usual and this complex wine will continue to develop for many years.
