2017 Domaine Galevan, Chateauneuf du Pape "Saint Georges"

Old Grenache vines exclusively. With very low yields, this parcel patiently produces grapes of great purity. Wild strawberries, roasted raspberry, mentholated spices of Aleppo pine and cedar. The nose is both powerful and delicate. Sweetness, complexity of red fruits, slightly balsamic, tight and silky tannin grain offer a long, opulent and racy finish.
