Heist Coast to Coast Itinerary WC IPA

This west coast IPA takes the classic style, and gives it the Heist spin. A touch lower in bitterness, while maintaining the true essence of the style. Hopped with Magnum in the boil, Citra, El Dorado, and Amarillo in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and BRU-1. Aromas of lemon zest and orange peel give way to a citrusy blast of flavor with notes of ruby red grapefruit and nectarine.
