2022 Frederic Mabileau "Chenin de Milles Rocs" Anjou Blanc

Light yellow colour with gold/green glint. Nose: lightly toasted followed by shades of citronella will let you imgine what is the 'cru des Mille Rocs'. Palate: we taste the citrus side of the wine with zest, great balance, the fresh and crispy mid-palate will make you salivate for long moments. A new conquest for Domaine Frédéric Mabileau, our parcels in Les Verchers-sur-Layon, this cuvée comes from an ochre schist terroir. All our grapes are harvested by hand, and no insecticides are used on our 15-year-old vines.
